Douglas quarterback Tyson Dahl was named the Far West League's offensive player of the year; while teammate Ricky Cortes was tabbed the league's top defender for the second straight season; and Glide's Drew Vickery was selected the Sunset Conference's defensive most valuable player.

Joining Dahl on the FWL's offensive first-team were Cortes (RB); David Guthrie (WR); and Stephen Roderick (OL); Sutherlin's Shawn New (OL); Randy Black (C); and Kyle Jaukkuri (K); and South Umpqua's Chance Crane (OL).

Defensive first-teamers included Douglas's David Guthrie (DB/K); Michael Bodenhamer (DL); and Jason Childs (LB); Sutherlin's Eric Gordon (DL); Kyle Jaukkuri (LB); and Chris Mock (DB); and South Umpqua's Chance Crane (DL).

There were three Glide Wildcats among the Sunset Conference's offensive first-team with Vickery (WR); Devin Damewood (OL); and Mike Camozzi (OL).

Vickery was joined on defense by Joseph Bruner (DL); Landon Weimar (LB); and Hayden Nash (DB).

Camas Valley's Eli Wolfe (RB/DB) and Elkton's Brian Davis (P/DT) were Special District 2 first-team selections on both offense and defense.

Four other Hornets were named first-team including Richard Andreas (WR); Kila Peck (G); Luke Elliott (DE); and Ryan Dancer (LB) .
