In the 3A state football playoffs, Douglas reached the quarterfinals where they lost to Gervais, 44-29. The 13th-seeded Trojans upset No. 4 Dayton 21-18 in the first round to reach the quarters.

Sutherlin entered as the No. 15 seed and lost to No. 2 Banks, 39-8, in the first round.

Cascade Christian won the 3A title with a 35-28 win over Burns.

In Class 2A, Oakland lost a first-round match-up to Lowell, 34-14.

In Class 1A 8-man, North Douglas defeated Lyle/Wishram/Klickitat/Glenwood 36-30 in the first round before being eliminated in the quarterfinals in a 49-0 loss to Adrian, the eventual state champ.

Riddle lost in the first round to Imbler, 44-0, and Camas Valley suffered a 52-8 first-round loss to Elgin.

In Class 1A 6-man, Elkton defeated Joseph 34-26 in the quarterfinals before losing a to Crow, 45-39, in the semis. Crow finished runner-up, suffering an 81-0 defeat to Harper Charter in the title game.
