Roseburg's Kaylin Bing won a pair of individual titles and set an all-time record during the Class 6A OSAA State Swimming Championships Saturday afternoon at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham.

Bing won the 50 yard freestyle in a time of 22.86 seconds and then, set a state best time of 50.08 in winning the 100 yard freestyle. The senior finished her prep career with eight individual state titles and three all-time OSAA records.

Bing and teammates Melissa Lund, Rachel Murphy and Cally Tovey also took fourth in the girls 200 yard freestyle relay.

John Bing finished third in the boys 200 yard freestyle; and fourth in the 100 yard breaststroke.

The Indian girls ended up in eighth place, and the RHS boys took 13th.

The Jesuit girls won their third straight team title, while Sunset took first on the boys side.
