pepsi_catch02.jpg Roseburg Pepsi used a pair of two-run homers to complete a season sweep of league rival Roseburg Horizon during their class 'A' American Legion doubleheader Friday night at Legion Field. The Bottlecaps (10-2, 11-3) won the opener 4-3 behind the four-hit pitching of Josh Graham and took the nightcap 8-3 thanks to home runs from Darrin Nelson and Tyler Bullock.

Pepsi's Micah Audiss had two hits in game one, while Graham struck out five batters in 5 2/3 innings of work.

"Our pitching has been solid and the kids now know they can play with anybody in the league," head coach Richie Charles said. "However, we still need to get better on handling pressure situations late in ballgames."

Pepsi has now won six straight games and moved into first place in Area 4, while Horizon dropped to 5-9 in league and 5-10 overall.
