Six local squads will compete this weekend at the 2010 OSAA/U.S. Bank/Les Schwab Tires Cheerleading State Championships in Portland.

Oakland, North Douglas and Canyonville Christian will battle in the 3A/2A/1A division; South Umpqua and Sutherlin are competing in the 4A small category; and Roseburg will perform in the 6A large division. 

The one-day event takes place on Saturday, February 13 at Portland's Memorial Coliseum.
