bell_300th_win.jpgRoseburg football coach Thurman Bell picked up his 300th career win with a thrilling 35-33 victory over Thurston Friday night.

Roseburg (4-0) trailed 19-6 midway through the second quarter before mounting a comeback.

Tribe quarterback Micah Audiss threw for 185 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 130 yards on 22 carries. Dylan Fors had two receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown.

After the final horn sounded, a celebration ensued which saw Roseburg players hoisting up Bell on their shoulder pads and carrying him off the field through the goal posts as the cheer squad set afloat 300 balloons in the air to signify the event.
